A New Season, a New Day

2012 is here!

Another year is at the start and everyone is watching and waiting to see what happens…I’M NOT! No more watching and waiting for me,  I am in pursuit! Pursuit of a goal, pursuit of a dream, pursuit of a calling! Destiny does not wait on us, so why wait on destiny?

Prepartion is defined as:
: the action or process of making something ready for use or service or of getting ready for some occasion, test, or duty
: a state of being prepared
: a preparatory act or measure
(Meriam-Webster.com)

To make ready. To prepare. Those invoke pictures of action and intelligence. Great battles were fought and won because of proper preparation. Families overcome tragedy because of forethought plans. Sports teams spead time each week to prepare for one game at a time. When I think of preparation I think of those who are being smart and doing the next right thing so that when the time comes to be ready: ready for a blessing, ready for a promotion, ready for the oppurtunity of a lifetime, they are ready!

There is nothing like being prepared. Prepare yourself. Prepare your mind, prepare your body, prepare your lifestyle for the change you seek in 2012! Motivate yourself! Don’t wait on nobody or nothing to give you the spark you need, YOU already have it. The Lord Jesus has already paid the price. What you seek has already been bought and paid for, you just have to stand your ground and stick to your guns! Of course, in Jesus name!
